Terms and Conditions
At The Sticker Company we want to ensure that relationships with our customers are as good as possible. We appreciate the trust you have in us and take your rights very seriously. With the sales conditions below we want to give you a clear overview of your rights, and sometimes also obligations. If something is not clear, we would appreciate it if you let us know.
Article 1 - Terms of Delivery
1.1. We always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products. If you are not satisfied with your customized product, we would like to hear from you. Simply send us an email or request via the contact form and we will speak to you and look at the possibilities.
Please note that products cannot be returned if they have been personalized or used in.
1.2. If a delivery period is specified, this is purely indicative. Failure to respect the delivery time cannot give rise to any compensation on our behalf as the delivery times are given for information purposes only and without any obligation.
1.3. We would like to point out that The Sticker Company is not responsible for loss, damage, delays and theft by the courier company.
1.4. If the ordered goods are not received by the customer within 30 days of purchase, the customer will be informed in a timely manner and the order can be canceled free of charge.
Article 2 - Payments & pricing policy
2.1. The prices stated on the website for the goods offered at the time of ordering apply. The Sticker Company reserves the right to change the prices of goods, in particular when a legal price-determining factor gives reason to do so.
2.2. Ordered products will only be shipped after confirmation of payment.
2.3. All prices stated are in Euro, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. The shipping costs are indicated on the website, under the Payment and shipping page.
Article 3 - Legal guarantee
3.1. The Sticker Company guarantees that the product is in good condition when it arrives and (therefore) working. If this is not the case, the customer is entitled to a discount code, replacement or refund. The buyer must immediately receive and inspect the goods. All complaints regarding the delivered goods must be reported by the customer to The Sticker Company within 3 days after delivery. The Sticker Company is also not liable for complaints formulated outside this 3-day period.
Article 4 - Privacy
4.1. The customer's data will not be passed on to other parties and will only be used by The Sticker Company for the order.
Article 5 - Miscellaneous
5.1. The Sticker Company reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions.
